Jenny moved to Washington about 17 years ago and has spent her time raising her three kids while exploring all that this beautiful state has to offer.
Jenny enjoys running, reading, painting, and making candles with her kids.

Gabriella was born and raised here in Washington and first visited A New Look by Brook for electrolysis as a high school student, with Brook as her electrologist! The experience made such a positive impact that she later chose to train under Brook and pursue a career in electrolysis herself.
Gabriella is passionate about helping others feel confident and comfortable in their own skin through electrolysis. Creating a warm and welcoming environment where clients feel supported every step of the way brings her great joy!”

Our partner, Patricia Battles, licensed massage therapist and certified reiki master, has been practicing for over 8 years. Passion and dedication met with her vast set of skills, allow for a healing experience that fully attends to each client’s needs. Whether you desire massage for deep relaxation, injury healing, relief from the effects of daily life stress, or even prenatal treatment, Patricia is equipped with the tools and ability to meet you where you are on your journey.
She is experienced in Swedish, Deep Tissue, Myofascial, Trigger Point, Cupping, Hot Stone, and Prenatal – to name a few. Helping her clients to feel their best physically and mentally, is her main goal. A client’s overall well-being is the priority in everything she does.

Natalie’s healthcare journey started at Good Sam hospital in 1998 working in the ICU & ER for 10yrs. She joined the Airforce Reserves in 1999 and served as a Combat Flight Medic for 23 years, deploying 9 times and flying hundreds of patients to a higher echelon of care. After her 8th deployment in Iraq, she enrolled massage school and gradutated from Cortivas in Seattle, WA. in 2012. Her training includes 1000 hours in Swedish, Myofacial, Rolfing, injury treatment, cranial sacral, sports, special needs, Lomi Lomi, Lymphatic, Thai and prenatal. She also attended The National Personal Training Institute in Seattle, graduating in Dec of 2012 as a Certified personal trainer and nutritional coach. As a champion of the PNW Massage competition held in Oregon in 2023 she was offered to take over a massage practice in Tiger, Oregon. Natalie has worked with physicians, nurses in palatine care, spas in relaxation & chiropractors in injury recovery. She practices a fusion of Swedish massage, Deep tissue, Lomi Lomi, Table Thai, injury recovery, relaxation, Jeikadan reiki, prenatal and Sports massage.
